Refund policy

1. Refund Policy

  • We follow a No Refund policy.
  • If your return/exchange request is approved, we will issue a store credit coupon code (valid for 30 days) that can be used only on our official website.
  • Refunds are provided in the form of store credit coupon codes in the following cases:
    • Product lost in transit
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Product damaged during shipping
  • Prepaid Orders: A return fee of Rs. 300 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling expenses.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A return fee of Rs. 300 will be applicable. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you wish to make changes to your order (size, product, address, etc.), you must contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
  • Cancellation requests after shipping will not be accepted.
  • For Prepaid Order cancellations, refunds will be provided in the form of a store credit coupon code only.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size only. No returns for refunds are applicable.

Exchange Terms:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours from delivery.
  • You must upload clear photos of the product with tags for authenticity checks.
  • Keep the product unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • An exchange fee of ₹300 applies (covers reverse pickup + delivery).
  • The exchange process may take 6–7 working days.
  • The requested product will be dispatched once the reverse pickup is completed.
  • Exchange is allowed only one time per order.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit (valid for 30 days) will be issued.
  • If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you must ship the product yourself. Exchange fee will not be charged.
  • Products bought during sales or special promotions cannot be exchanged.

4. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.
  • Products returned in used, damaged, or tagless condition will not be accepted.
  • Please double-check your size before placing the order to avoid unnecessary exchanges.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.
