ZNARRATE – RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY


Applicability of Policy

By agreeing to use the ZNARRATE Exchanges Portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on znarrate.com.

Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on znarrate.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

General Guidelines

  • We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours.

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.

  • Once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check (QC) and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.

  • Estimated delivery of all exchange queries falls between 7–10 working days.

  • If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will exchange it for another product or issue a gift card which can be availed at either of our stores or on your next online purchase.

  • For all return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.

  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as shipped. Products returned in poor condition or clearly worn will not be processed.

    All pending queries will be solved on priority within 24 hours.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation of orders is only permitted on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds.

  • Any refunds (if applicable) are issued in the form of gift cards equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, valid for 6 months.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and are redeemable only at our offline and online store.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


30-Day Review Period

We offer a 30-day review period for garment issues such as:

  • Colour bleeding

  • Print cracks

  • Finishing flaws

If reported within 30 days of purchase, we’ll arrange a pickup and resolve it.
Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.


Exchange/Return of Products

You may initiate the request of an exchange/return if:
(a) Product does not fit
(b) Both the product and shipping package are damaged
(c) Product is defective
(d) Parts of the Product or accessory are missing

Mandatory Conditions for Exchange/Return:

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with.

  • The brand tags, original packaging material, and accessories are intact and not altered/damaged/discarded.

  • The product is not altered (unless proven vendor defect).

  • The return is being initiated against the same order under which it was bought and matches our records.

  • No foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.

  • Products bought as a set must be returned as a complete set.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in saleable condition.

  • We must be satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

Process:

  • Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners.

  • Once we receive your request on znarrate.com and acknowledge it, our reverse-logistics partners will contact you to collect the products.

  • We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request if the above conditions are not met.
